Cane Hill Park
Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes are two of the UK’s premier housebuilders with many years of experience building homes and communities across the UK, both companies support a vision of creating great places where people aspire to live. Through their careful approach to planning, design and construction of new communities and homes, their two distinct brands will enable them to supply a range of housing agreeable to a broad section of home buyers at Cane Hill Park.
On 22nd July 2015 the start of construction was marked with a ‘breaking ground cermeony’ attended by representatives of the local community, the local MP Chris Philp and the Deputy Mayor for Housing Richard Blakeway.
As well as delivering a minimum of 660 new homes, this significant construction project will provide many benefits to the economy through job creation, sub-contractor and supplier employment and materials’ supply, together with training. The existing Water Tower, Chapel and Administration buildings within the site will be refurbished and rejuvenated, breathing new life into these important historical features.
